Good morning Dolphins! We are closing in on the last days of the swim season. We have lots of info in this email, so please read this all the way through. We have details for our meet this Saturday and info about the upcoming Prelims and Finals. 

• Please arrive on Saturday by 8am! Be sure to find the swim coaches and check in with them. We will begin pulling swimmers that haven’t arrived from their relays around 8:10am.
• If you can’t make it for some reason, please text Katie McBeth 713-203-9275
• Warm ups for Westchester will be from 8:10am-8:30am.
• Concessions will be open for Breakfast Tacos, Cold Brew, Burgers, Dogs and Brisket and more!

Prelims and Finals

Prelims will be held on Friday, June 26th and Finals will be Saturday, June 27th at Briar Village, 13902 Piping Rock. The meet runs like a normal meet, but all five teams participate over two days. Prelims will be Friday, June 26th, running from about 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Any swimmer can attend Prelims as long as they have participated in at least two meets. We will do our best to get the events set as early as possible so that everyone can plan work schedules, carpool needs, etc.  Please go ahead and declare your swimmers now!  Finals will be held on Saturday, June 27th, from approximately 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The top 12 individual qualifiers and the top 6 relays in each prelims event qualify for Finals. If your swimmer is in 13th place, he/she is considered an alternate for the finals if there is a swimmer who does not show up. Registration for prelims is open Now!

Here are some details you will need to know:

• Your swimmers should check in with the coaches by 7:45 a.m.
• Our warm up time is most likely 8:15am (we will confirm!)
• Meet begins at 9 a.m.
• Deadline to register is Monday, June 22nd at 12pm.

End of Season Party

Our end of season party is just around the corner. We will have our party at the Westchester pool, Saturday, June 27th, 5:00pm-8:30pm. We will also have an awards ceremony for ALL swimmers. 

A dinner will be served that evening. Your RSVP does not include your food. Swimmer's meals are included in registration. If you need to purchase an adult meal or a non-swimmer sibling (12 and under), you can purchase through the Dolphin Store.  Please be aware that if you do not pre-purchase your meal by Thursday June 25th, we can not guarantee you will have a meal. Payments will not be taken the day of. Thank you for understanding!
