Registration is OPEN!

This is for a competitive swim team ages 4-18. Your child will be placed according to their age as of June 1, 2025.

An evaluation is required on April 27th or 29th to determine placement and eligibility for all 6&Under and new to the Westchester Dolphins. Swimmers will need to swim the 25 meter length of the pool unassisted at least 3 times with short breaks in between. Swimmers can choose which day to be evaluated. **We will not have a non swimmer group**

New this year, we will be offering a program called Junior Dolphins. This group will be formed following evaluations for a limited number of swimmers that are water safe but not ready to compete just yet. The goal is to have the Junior Dolphins join the competitive swimmers following a 2 week program. Details will be provided to the families that are invited to participate.

ALL swim team families will be required to pay the Westchester Pool Membership fee prior to May 1st. Please follow this link to complete all forms and payments for the Westchester Pool. A link will also be emailed with your registration confirmation.

Practices are Tuesdays-Fridays starting on May 13th for all ages.

Meets will begin on June 7th and will be Saturday mornings. An Invitational Relay Meet will be held on Wednesday, June 18th and usually begins around 4:30pm ending around 8:30pm. Prelims and Finals will be held all day on Friday, June 27th and Saturday, June 28th at Briar Village.

An end of season team party (for all ages of swimmers) will be held on the evening Saturday, June 28th at the Westchester Pool. Your registration includes dinner for each swimmer and a team t-shirt. Adult meals and non-swimmer sibling meals can be purchased during registration or on the Dolphin web page prior to the last week of practices.

There is a new team swimsuit this year.  We are also allowing swimmers to wear last year's version if they still have one that fits.  Stay tuned for information on how to order the new swimsuit. 

The process is simple. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign up for jobs, see your children's swim times and histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

If a swimmer is age 15-18, the fee will be $50 for that swimmer, regardless of how many swimmers are in the family. We know the big kids have lots on their plates, but we want them to participate, especially in meets!
