Good afternoon, Dolphin Families!

We are super excited for our first official meet tomorrow!  The meet is being held at Briar Village and we are facing 2 teams (Spring Valley and Briar Village).  Tri-meets are fun but need a lot of coordination!  

Here is the info you need to know:

• Please arrive at Briar Village at 7:30am! Be sure to check in with the coaches and let them know you have arrived. We will begin pulling swimmers that haven’t arrived from their relays around 7:50am.
• If you can’t make it for some reason, please text Katie McBeth 713-203-9275
• Warm ups for Westchester will be from 8:00am-8:15am. (Warmups are for 7+)
• Just like our home meets, you will want to pack sunscreen, goggles, swim caps, cash for the concession stand, chairs, a blanket and possibly a tent.
• Briar Village Address: 13902 Piping Rock, Houston, 77077. Please be respectful of no parking signs and try not to block mailboxes and driveways. Make sure there is room for emergency vehicles (park on only on south side of the street). Use drop-off area for unloading. Parking map is attached!
• Our camp will be on Piping Rock, just to the west of the tennis courts.  For returning parents, this is the same place we set up for prelims and finals.  Here is a pin for the exact location: Dolphin Camp
• Please make sure you are helping make sure your swimmers are at the right place at the right time.  We will be gathering kids at our camp and volunteers and coaches will walk them over when it's time to go.  The less wrangling we have to do, the smoother the meet will run.  
• While on the pool deck, please keep all kids out of the baby pool and shallow end.  This includes feet and pool caps.
• We are crossing our fingers for good weather, but please know that we will communicate any delays/updates through the remind app.
