If the need arises and after consultation with our coach, swimmers might be able to swim in an alternate time slot. Please contact one of the Reps if you have questions.

Swimsuits / Uniforms

Our model for 2017 is Phoenix Splice in Navy & Orange.
The same style is typically used for two swim team seasons. This will be our 3rd season with this style, so we are hoping to use this style in 2018 too. A link to the sizing charts is here.

We have suits for you available at the pool on Thursday May 4th. Girls suits are $57, boys $38. These are great (discounted) prices and include tax.

Jump Start / STROKE CLINICS

Before the 2017 season Swim Team Season started, we were able to arrange STROKE CLINICS with Coach Berry. All registered Dolphins were welcome to the ALAC pool on Monday to Thursday from 7 to 8pm in April 2017. The cost was $50.00 per swimmer.

CLUB LOCATION:Steven Lloyd Ness Natatorium
12400 High Star Drive
ALIEF, TX. 77411

Swimmers able to make it across the pool, will be able to practice in the competition lanes. Coach Berry has “a learn to swim pool” where beginners (swimmers unable to make one lap) will be able to practice.

We are confident that next year (2018) we will be able to offer these stroke clinics again!

Dolphins Lightning & Thunderstorm Policy

Summertime is here! But with all the fun, sun, cookouts, and swimming also come rain and storms. In our area of the country, these storms can seemingly pop up without warning, and have unpredictable patterns (i.e. in Houston, storms do not always move west to east).

While it is disappointing to miss swim practice or have to get out early, for the safety of all children and adults, our team follows the industry standard in response to lightning and thunderstorms:

  • When thunder and/or lightning are first noticed, pool activities will be immediately suspended and all people must evacuate the pool and clear the deck areas. Pool activities will be suspended for thirty (30) minutes from the time the first thunder is heard or first lightning is sighted.
  • Pool activities will continue to be suspended until thirty minutes after the last thunder is heard.

You may read our Emergency Action Plan here. Thank you for your support in keeping our team safe!
